A property manager who Allegiant Home and Property Care does some work for called and asked to have several items addressed in a home she is managing. One of the issues was a minor plumbing project which included a leaking sink drain. While under the sink we found the garbage disposal was severely miswired such that the ground had been omitted and all connections were outside of the motor housing and susceptible to water coming in contact with them. The wiring was fixed, and the drain was replumbed and working properly. Along with all other items completed!
