Allegiant Home and Property Care completed this small repair job where sub floor and sole plate were damaged due to a leaking diverter valve in the bathtub. The landlord had tried to tackle as much of the flip on this apartment as they could on their own, but this was something they didn’t feel comfortable doing. We were called in to fix the valve and repair the wood, wall, and floor damages.
